Homework this week is further practise organising data into bar charts. Children have been given the data, they need to set out and make their own bar chart. Remember to use a ruler, and if you've borrowed one from school, bring it back!
In English, children practised writing speech again. They also learned what antonyms are and used thesauruses to find them. Lastly, children came together in small groups to make their Roman puppet playscript.
In topic, children have made their Roman puppets using stitching techniques. These puppets will be used next week to perform their playscript! Children also found out which planets in our solar system are named after Roman gods/goddesses. Some were surprised! What interested you the most about this activity?
