In English, we mainly worked on our topic presentation. Children put on a Mediterranean travel fair for other KS2 classes. They needed to work together in groups to complete a travel brochure and a persuasive poster for their presentation. Overall, the children did great! They even practised providing answers to questions that they might be asked.

Well done all of you. +5 HPs each!

Homework for over half-term is another arithmetic assessment. This is similar to the weekly assessments we do. The only difference is that you need to show the inverse for each question too. Obviously only do the inverse for the questions it makes sense for.
I hope everyone has a safe and enjoyable half-term break. Be sure to read and record in your yellow log book, study those times tables and study those spellings. Make sure you have your PE kit in class everyday too. As the weather becomes better, please ensure you put some sunscreen on in the mornings before coming to school.
Have a great half-term break everyone!
