In Maths we've been reviewing some of the major concepts we've taken. It was assessment week this past week so the review helped us to remember some of the tricky things we've covered. The same was true for English. Using commas in a list and apostrophes to show possession proved to be a bit challenging for some, but most are starting to get the idea now.
glad - I'm glad our trip went well.
grown - You have grown quite a bit this past year.
growing - To continue growing, you must eat healthily.
flour - We used flour to make the cake.
flower - That flower is bright yellow.
understand - I understand the instructions.
existence - The Ancient Greeks believed in the existence of many Gods and Goddesses.
exactly - A right angle is exactly 90 degrees.
excellent - You have used some excellent description.
ego - Having a big ego will push your friends away.

Good luck to our singers who are performing at the Gala this Sunday and Monday.
A bushcraft course on Thursday next week is definitely something to look forward to, but make sure you are all reading whenever possible still.
Homework this week involves being creative and descriptive. Be sure to write neatly, use lots of description (adjectives and adverbs) and remember the punctuation! Let's see what imaginative creatures you all come up with.
