Another busy week has ended. If feels like it was Christmas just a few days ago!
This week in Maths we have learned to find factors of two-digit numbers. What was a factor of every two-digit number we looked at?
We also worked on multiplying and dividing by 10, 100 and 1000. This proved to be a tough concept for most as it's generally a tough concept to teach too! I think we are starting to get a handle on it now though. Homework this week revolves around this concept and is due in on Tuesday as usual.

In English we continued to look at poetry, but more specifically we looked at how we can present poetry in different ways. We looked at emphasis, sound level and the effectiveness of different voices. This led to some hilarious attempts at different accents (Miss Hebron's Scouse accent being the best I think we can all agree)! We also had the pleasure of watching a pantomime! Children had to pay special attention as their Big Write this week involved creating a review of the production.
The pantomime we saw had real people acting in it thankfully!
