In English, we continued to look at poetic devices. Children wrote out their colour poem for display and also made their own Halloween poem to take home! Feel free to put these up around the house, if you dare!
We are now finished our Ancient Greece topic and children have had a chance to answer some of their enquiry questions they wrote at the start of the unit. I think children enjoyed this topic quite a lot. What has been your favourite Ancient Greek activity or piece of information you've learned?

DOJO winner for this shortened week was a draw between Erin and Layla. Well done! +10HPs each.
A reminder for parents: this Friday is a staff PD Day, so children will be off.
Remember to read as much as possible over the half-term break! Study those spellings! Study those times tables!
Homework is more practise with times tables and a bit of a fun crossword to do with nouns.
Have a great half-term break everyone!
