In English, we continued with our class novel, The Butterfly Lion. Within the novel, several African animals are mentioned. Children picked one of these animals, researched it and made point form notes. Next, they made a persuasive poster in pairs. These posters turned out really well and will be used to improve upon when we do our Mediterranean travel brochures next week.
In topic, children now know what Mediterranean country they will be making a travel brochure about. They will need to research this particular country then design their brochure so that it is eye-catching and informative. We're gearing up to having our very own travel fair before half-term break!
