Here at Howletch we show racism the red card. We know this is an important issue so years 5 and 6 dedicated a day of activities to learning about it. John taught us some football skills. It's national E-Safety week and today we watched a play teaching us how to keep safe online. We played an E-Safety game show at the end of the play with Cyber Lord. Mr Snelling's team won- much to the disappointment of Mrs Bruce! Leave a comment stating one way to keep safe online- the first 10 unique comments win a house point. Last Tuesday we started to think about what it means to be British. We discussed the key question 'What does being British mean to you?' View some of our ideas below. Have a look at this Newsround website to see what the public thought around the times of the Olympics in 2012. February is LGBT history month. Today we learned about the famous Alan Turing.
